At Pasargad Alloy Steel we built the pelletizing batching and balling rooms, the TG, heat-recovery and ESP structures, the rolling-mill (SBQ & wire) and seamless-pipe halls, the melt-shop extension and the post-treatment halls. For Ardakan Novin Electrode we erected the 80 m GE tower and the graphitization hall, and for Kani Godakht Tahmin a complete silicon-metal plant as EPC. Building work includes the Shiraz Municipality central building and the Afarinesh Towers.

More than 27,000 t of industrial steel, including the rolling-mill halls (8,000 t) and seamless-pipe halls (6,000 t) of Pasargad Alloy Steel, its melt-shop extension (2,000 t), the 80 m GE tower (2,200 t) and graphitization hall (1,200 t) at Ardakan Novin Electrode, and a silicon-metal plant (1,200 t) for Kani Godakht Tahmin. Building work includes the Shiraz Municipality headquarters and the Afarinesh towers.
02Which types of structures do you design and fabricate?
Steel-mill halls with crane runways, tall braced process towers, pelletizing-plant structures, space frames for sports and production halls, solar mounting structures, and steel frames for public and commercial buildings.
03Which standards and software are used?
Design and static/dynamic analysis use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS and Tekla to ASME, API, DIN and ISO. Welding follows AWS, EN and ASME IX, with dimensional control, non-destructive testing (NDT) and technical inspection at every stage.
04How much structural steel can the plants produce?
Annual output is about 70,000 t of industrial structures and 55,000 t of building structures, with cutting, forming, CNC machining, welding and coating under one roof.
